I once thought I competed for my friends, family, wife and daughter, but I’ve come to realize that I must now learn to compete for myself.  Making myself into the best man that I can be ensures that I can be a better leader for those that need inspiration, or could depend on me.  I’ll never be perfect, but to stop trying is unacceptable.
