Our Awesome Shirts
What kind of shirts do you use? We use two styles of super soft blend shirts, one a polyester/cotton/spandex triblend, and the other a poly-cotton lightweight athletic tee. And everything is printed here in North Texas! This isn't your grandfather's 100% cotton tee (we use only the best!) and this isn't a cheap, thick print that sticks to your body when you sweat.
How do they fit? Good question! Our size chart is right here.
When do (PreOrder) items ship? All preorder items will have an estimated ship date on the product page. If "TBD" is listed, we will email all customers once the production minimum is hit and what date to expect shipment!
What happens if you're sold out of what I ordered? This shouldn't ever happen, but occasionally an order containing an out-of-stock item will slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, we'll email you to let you know of the issue and if you'd like to wait on the backordered item, or a refund. We'll ship the rest of your order (if applicable) immediately! You can also click the blue "Notify Me When Available" tab on the product page and it'll automatically email you when we restock the item! (Sometimes you will need to refresh the page to have it appear depending on browser)

How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate of $6.00 on ground shipping for all orders, and FREE shipping for all orders over $99. FREE shipping applies to all USA standard orders (no rush delivery) for sub-totals greater than $99. Any gift card purchases, taxes or shipping fees added, do not count toward the free shipping.
We also offer paid upgrade shipping through FedEx, which will range based on location and desired delivery, for those customers needing an expedited delivery.
Compete Every Day is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you act fast you can cancel or change an order within 60 minutes of placing it by emailing us. If 60 minutes have passed since placing your order, you may return the order using our Returns & Exchanges information. Orders cancelled after 60 minutes will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Youth Shirt sales are final.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to a number of countries outside of the US. International rates range from $12 for Canada and Mexico and $18-25 for all other countries for USPS first-class mail and $25+ for UPS/FedEx options.
*Please note that at this time, we do not ship to the UK or EU.
Can I Pick Up My Order? Unfortunately right now all orders are exclusive to online & shipping only.
When will my order ship? Most ship within 2-4 business days of order (excludes preorders). Our posters & kids shirts are produced on-demand and will ship within five (5) business days of the order.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
How will I track it? You will receive an email the moment your order ships from our team with tracking information & an expected delivery date from USPS or FedEx.
What if I didn't get a tracking notification? Sometimes our CompeteEveryDay.com emails can go to spam / junk folders. If you did not receive an order or shipping notification in your inbox or spam/junk folder, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist. We'll most likely respond from a gmail.com account in case the issue is with our emails & your mail server.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased? Any item can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your item for a full refund of the item, or an exchange. We only accept unaltered, unworn merchandise for return. Merchandise purchased on sale or at an event are not eligible for return or exchange. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To exchange a product, within 30 days of received date please visit our returns page here to initiate the process. Please email email@example.com for additional assistance beyond the form.
Please note: All CLOSEOUT, PRESALE or items purchased with an applied DISCOUNT CODE of 30% or higher are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returned items from an order with an applied discount code of 25% or high are only eligible for store credit. We will not accept orders postmarked longer than 30 days after your delivery was made. No exceptions.
Do you wholesale Compete Every Day? Absolutely! To join our large retail network, please email us at Wholesale@CompeteEveryDay.com with the subject line "Wholesale". All wholesale accounts require a valid resale license & minimum purchase order of 50 units.
