Return and Exchange Policy 

We want you to be beyond satisfied about the Compete apparel you purchase from us. If you aren't, we will happily accept a return for a full refund. Read below on how to return or exchange a product purchased in our online store.

All CLOSEOUT, PRESALE, DRINKWARE or items purchased with an applied DISCOUNT CODE of 30% or higher are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returned items from an order with an applied discount code of 25-29% are only eligible for store credit. 

Product Exchanges

To exchange a product, within 15 days of received date please visit our returns page here to initiate the process. Please email for additional assistance beyond the form.

Please note: We will not accept returns that were purchased on FINAL SALE or are postmarked longer than 15 days after your delivery was made. No exceptions. Youth shirts are final sale.

Returns Policy
With our 15-day return policy, there are no exceptions. If an item is shipped back to us past the 15-day policy the maximum refund available is half the price paid. There is no guarantee of a 50% refund. If you are returning items within 15 days, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.

Please make sure your package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

Upon our receipt, a credit in the form of payment used, less shipping charges, will be issued. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

Returns and Exchanges Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within five (5) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

We process all returns & exchanges on Tuesday and Friday each week.
