Christine Reppa

I’m a firm believer that my growth and positivity are the best things I can offer my community. So I compete to better myself so that I may better the world around me.

1. Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Christine Reppa. I’m Chief Experience Creator at Compete Every Day, Founder of Noya, and sports agent for Olympian, Dana Vollmer. I love creating, exploring, and finding ways to problem solve. I love the outdoors, yoga, and basically any type of wine…except the sweet stuff.

2. What’s a typical day look like for you?

Typical isn’t what you’d call my days and that’s the way I like it. My days involve meetings with all sorts of people, emails, bouncing from the Compete Every Day office to my home office, and running around town for any number of reasons.

3. How did your current fitness journey start?

I’ve been into fitness since I started playing basketball in the second grade. I did team sports through college. Then I took up long distance running and after I hit a marathon, I decided I wanted to switch it up. That’s when I found yoga. I’m a yogi through and through but I also mix in some other types of workouts.

4. What’s one goal you’re currently training to accomplish by December 31, 2017?

I’d like to advance my inversions practice in 2017. I still can’t hold a handstand, but it’s going to happen!

4. What’s one life goal you’re currently pursuing outside of fitness?

My goal is to create brands and products that give positively to the world. That’s why I love working with CED. One day I hope to have a community around Noya as big, passionate, and positive as the one around Compete.

5. What does it mean to you to Compete Every Day?

It means finding a way to make progress each and every day. It’s pushing myself to find growth even in the uncomfortable situations.

6. What is one obstacle you’re proud you’ve overcome?

Self-doubt. It’s an ongoing obstacle, but I’ve successfully overcome it many times. The more I do it, the easier it becomes.

7. What/who do you compete for?

I compete for everyone around me. I’m a firm believer that my growth and positivity are the best things I can offer my community. So I compete to better myself so that I may better the world around me.
