I compete because I physically can. I started my journey to health out of necessity: a 235#, 5′ tall, 24 year old. Competing with myself everyday physically has shown me that I am capable of more than I ever imagined. Simultaneously, I have learned to use my accomplishments in physical health to motivate me to compete in every area of my life.
