Compete Recipe of the Week: Green Citrus Smoothie

Our goal is always to help you Compete for your life. Every month, we'll share 1-3 of our favorite recipes for quick, tasty, and healthy, food to help you better Compete for your health. Total prep & cook time: 10 minutes Serves: About 2 Utensils: Blender Ingredients:
  • 2 Bananas (frozen or unfrozen)
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Small Lemon Or 1/2 Lemon
  • 1.5-2 cups Spinach
  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond milk
Directions:
  1. Peel and deseed orange and lemon
  2. Place spinach in blender first
  3. Place remaining ingredients in blender
  4. Blend on 'Liquify' until smooth
  5. Enjoy!
